How It Works
RF Fractional Microneedling combines the benefits of microneedling with radiofrequency energy to enhance skin rejuvenation. Here's how it works:
Microneedling: Tiny, sterile needles create micro-injuries in the skin’s surface, triggering the body’s natural healing process and stimulating collagen production.
Radiofrequency Energy: As the needles penetrate the skin, they deliver radiofrequency energy deep into the dermis. This energy heats the underlying layers, further stimulating collagen and elastin production, resulting in firmer, tighter skin.
Dual Action: The combination of microneedling and RF energy provides more effective results than either treatment alone, improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles, and tightening loose skin.
RF Fractional Microneedling is effective for treating acne scars, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and overall skin laxity, offering a powerful solution for skin rejuvenation.
Pre Treatment
Avoid Exfoliants: Discontinue the use of retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and other exfoliating products 5-7 days before your treatment.
Sun and Tanning: Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for at least a week before your appointment.
No Anti-Inflammatories: Refrain from taking anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or aspirin 3-5 days before the procedure to allow for the natural inflammatory response necessary for healing.
Skip Hair Removal: Avoid waxing, threading, or any other facial hair removal treatments for at least a week before your session.
Hydration: Keep your skin well-hydrated in the days leading up to your treatment but avoid using new skincare products that could cause irritation.
Post Treatment
Hydrate: Maintain skin hydration by using a gentle moisturizer to support the healing process and enhance the treatment’s benefits.
Sun Protection: Avoid sun exposure and apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, as your skin will be more sensitive after the procedure.
Gentle Skincare: Use mild, non-irritating skincare products. Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and active ingredients for at least a week post-treatment.
Avoid Heat: Refrain from hot showers, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours to prevent irritation and excessive redness.
No Makeup: Avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow your skin to heal properly.
No Anti-Inflammatories: Continue to avoid anti-inflammatory medications for a few days after the procedure to let the natural healing process work effectively.
Be Patient: Visible improvements will develop over the weeks following treatment as collagen production increases, with full results appearing after several months.
