Cancelation & Reschedule Policy
At Healix Medical Spa, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Reschedule Policy: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
